Job Summary:

The R&A role is a key role within the NTT DATA Business Solutions (NDBS) Supply Chain Management practice. The successful candidate will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions to our customer base and to meet our customer’s needs. As an Expert you will support customer engagements and perform delivery of the SAP R&A solutions working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers and the Integration Team to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions integrated into core SAP S/4Hana and non-SAP solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer and project teams to translate business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the SAP R&A capabilities within the overall solution landscape. Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.

• Provide thought leadership to NDBS and its customers focused on Security strategy, based on SAP R&A solutions and the SAP R&A product roadmap.

• Adhering to the agreed NDBS strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure NDBS remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate. Share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.

• Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to the end-to-end service offer by NDBS and provide comprehensive input. Support NDBS to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves.

• Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the following;

• Core SAP Roles & Authorisations Functionality
• SAP GRC
• SAP IAG

• You will support the implementation and use of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC /AIG solutions) in the customer’s IT infrastructure.

• You will help our clients to ensure that international standards and internal specifications for the implementation of data protection (GDPR) and compliance regulations are met.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Is able to communicate, influence, convince and inspire effectively by own personality and act as a trusted role model and advisor within the SAP R&A solution field of expertise.

• Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing SAP R&A solutions for the resolution of complex requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; within NDBS locally and globally, external customers, suppliers and partners to become a trusted advisor in your field of expertise.

• Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind. Drives results, effects, convinces and inspires by his/her personality, behaviour and communication style. Is a role model and ambassador.

• Makes solid and reliable decisions in complex environments.

• Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape. Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge using a structured method, thus making it useful and functional.

PERSONAL PROFILE – EXPERIENCE

• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate between 6+ years of professional experience working within a SAP R&A consulting environment. Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous.

• Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of between 2 and 4 full project lifecycles
