Job Summary:

Join our team as an Application Consultant specialising in SAP EPPM & Professional Services, where you will contribute to mid-market projects in the UK. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in SAP EPPM & Professional Services, particularly in S/4HANA Public Cloud. Certification in S/4HANA is highly advantageous, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in SAP solutions. While knowledge of S/4HANA on-premise is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with SAP ECC experience and the right attitude to transition to S/4HANA. Your role will involve delivering innovative solutions tailored to mid-sized organizations, leveraging your understanding of their unique requirements to drive impactful transformations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work on client projects to provide SAP consultancy at a functional level.
• Undergo SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Travel to client site as and when needed in UK.
• Some opportunities to work remotely depending on client requirements.
• Provide input into pre-sales opportunities as and when needed.
• Possibility of travel to international travel on occasional basis.

Required Skills/Abilities:

To fulfil the role of Application Consultant you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

Technical – good working knowledge of the following areas of SAP.

SAP Enterprise Projects –

• Knowledge of Project Structures
• Knowledge of Financial Cost Planning & Budgeting processes
• Integration w/ other modules e.g. Procurement, Sales, Finance
• Period End Processes (e.g. Settlement, Revenue Recognition
• S/4 Timesheeting

SAP Professional Services –

• Knowledge of Project Structures within Professional Services
• Knowledge of Financial Cost / Revenue Planning
• Integration w/ Sales and Revenue Recognition processes
• Period End Processes
• S/4 Timesheeting

General –

• Knowledge of relevant Best Practices within both Enterprise Projects and Professional Services
• Knowledge of Extensibility options within Enterprise Projects and Professional Services (e.g. Custom Fields).

Non-Technical:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong Presentational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to advocate standard public cloud functionality to a client
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results driven
• Ability to work in (virtual) teams at all levels, across all time zones

Nonessential skills:

• University degree or an equivalent technical/IT education
• 7+ years SAP Experience
• Preferably 4 years S/4HANA “on-premise” version
• Ideally 2 years plus S/4HANA Public Cloud experience
