S/4 HANA Cloud Application Consultant – Supply Chain

Job Summary:

The Public Cloud Consultant role is a key and strategic position within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions for our customer base. This role involves delivering high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to meet customer needs. As a senior consultant, you will work alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Integration Teams to help customers leverage the benefits of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and related technologies.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Public Cloud Solution Architects to translate customer business requirements into SAP Public Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices. This includes contributing to solution proposals and statements of work during the sales and pre-sales process.
• Lead customer workshops to understand detailed business requirements, design solutions, and present innovative approaches to leverage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP Public Cloud adoption strategies, acting as a trusted adviser to customers in defining their cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Serve as the design authority for Public Cloud projects, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Continuously develop expertise in SAP Public Cloud technologies, keeping pace with market developments to ensure NTT DATA remains a leader in delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions.
• Identify opportunities for extended business and additional services, ensuring NTT DATA becomes a long-term strategic partner for customers.
• Deliver and configure SAP Public Cloud solutions, focusing on core functionalities such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Systems, while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure delivery excellence by leveraging SAP\’s standard tools, accelerators, and methodologies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including knowledge of its core capabilities, business processes, and implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements and deliver tailored solutions that resolve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across various levels, including senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted adviser, balancing technical and business perspectives to deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, personal integrity, and resilience in navigating complex environments.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the evolving SAP ecosystem, particularly in Public Cloud technologies.
• Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to junior consultants, ensuring continuous improvement within the team.

Professional Experience Required:

• At least 10 years of experience working in an SAP environment, with a minimum of 5 years specialising in SAP Public Cloud consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementations, including at least 3 full project lifecycles in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops, understanding of SAP Best Practices, and the ability to align them with customer requirements.
• Exposure to cross-functional modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and integration with non-SAP systems.
• Experience working within a consulting firm, value-added reseller, or SAP implementation partner is highly advantageous.
