Job Summary: Are you ready to lead transformative cloud projects and drive business growth? As an SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Senior Project Manager (S4PC PM), you will manage and deliver cutting-edge SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud (GROW) projects, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects, oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and support team development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client Ownership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clarity over service levels and achieving revenue targets.
- Project Delivery: Manage and deliver projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards, adhering to NTT DATA guidelines.
- People Management: Mentor and support project team members, contributing to their development and the Talent Management Programme.
- Utilisation and Revenue: Drive and deliver revenue in line with targets, managing operational risks and resource deployment.
- Contract Management: Understand and manage complex contracts, ensuring proper change request processes are applied.
- Technical Integration: Contribute to technical discussions and support decision-making with integration know-how.
- Communication and Behaviour: Inspire and lead project teams, manage conflicts, and maintain focus on project goals.
- Task and Time Management: Integrate and manage several sub-projects, setting and tracking milestones.
- Problem Solving: Make reliable decisions in challenging situations, solving problems or escalating promptly.
- Commitment: Demonstrate commitment to company strategy and vision, supporting team integration and providing constructive feedback.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in the Professional Services or Software industry, with at least 6 years in relevant domains and 2 S/4 HANA Public Cloud (GROW) implementations.
- Project Delivery: Experience in delivering multiple full SAP project life cycles, managing projects of circa £2M+ value.
- Methodology: Broad understanding of Activate methodology, preferably certified, and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Cloud ALM and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to different UK customer sites.
