Job Summary: NTT DATA Business Solutions UKI is seeking a driven and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support growth across our Mid-Market portfolio. This role plays a key part in planning and executing integrated marketing programmes that drive awareness, demand and pipeline across priority solutions and vendor partners. The Marketing Executive will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, content and events, working closely with sales, presales and wider marketing stakeholders. This role is well suited to a marketer with hands on B2B experience who is ready to take greater responsibility for campaign performance, stakeholder engagement and continuous optimisation.
The role offers broad exposure across the marketing mix, including campaign planning, social media, content creation, landing pages, webinars, events and marketing data, within a fast-paced technology and services environment.
- Own and execute marketing activities supporting growth across the Mid-Market portfolio and aligned vendor solutions
- Plan and deliver integrated demand generation and awareness campaigns aligned to go to market priorities
- Develop and manage campaign assets including content, social media, paid advertising, webpages and landing pages
- Plan and deliver webinars, virtual activities and in person marketing activities
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned to pipeline growth objectives
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations
- Liaise with vendor marketing teams to maximise joint marketing investment and impact
Primarily virtual role with approximately one day per month in the office (London or Coventry).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid advertising, content and events
- Manage campaign timelines, assets and channels from briefing through to delivery and follow up
- Build and manage campaign landing pages, emails and nurture activity using marketing automation tools
- Deliver webinars, virtual activities and in person events, including coordination of speakers, promotion and follow up
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to identify, segment and engage target audiences
- Optimise campaigns through testing, performance analysis and continuous improvement
- Content, Social Media and Digital Presence
- Create and adapt content aligned to campaign requirements
- Manage social media activity in support of campaigns, events and thought leadership
- Develop and maintain webpages and landing pages to support lead generation and conversion
- Maintain a content calendar aligned to business priorities and vendor activity
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform messaging and content opportunities
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate joint marketing activity with vendor partners, ensuring alignment to agreed objectives
- Marketing Reporting and Insight
- Track and report on campaign performance using agreed KPIs
- Monitor marketing activity, lead performance and spend
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness
