Job Summary:

NTT DATA Business Solutions UKI is excited to offer a permanent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to join our

Growth Marketing team, supporting the ServiceNow portfolio.

This role is ideal for a marketer with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to build hands-on experience across B2B growth

marketing. You will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, contribute to engaging content and

events, and gain exposure to digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing reporting.

Working closely with senior marketers, sales teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to develop best-

practice marketing skills and grow your career within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

  • Support the delivery of growth marketing activities for the ServiceNow portfolio, with occasional involvement in
  • Hexagon EAM marketing initiatives as required.
  • Assist with the execution of lead generation and awareness campaigns aligned to go-to-market priorities.
  • Contribute to content marketing activities that support campaign performance.
  • Help coordinate digital and in-person events, including webinars and customer marketing activities.
  • Contribute to campaign tracking, reporting and insight generation.
  • Gain exposure across multiple areas of the marketing function, working closely with senior marketers and business stakeholders.
  • Virtual role with approximately 1 day per month in the office (London or Coventry) to align with business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Integrated Demand Generation Programmes:

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for awareness and lead generation.
  • Assist in promoting content assets using inbound digital marketing techniques.
  • Help coordinate webinars, in-person events and exhibition sponsorships.
  • Work with data and marketing colleagues to help identify and engage target audiences.
  • Support lead handling processes in line with agreed sales and marketing workflows, updating CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate campaign reporting.
  • Support campaign optimisation through testing, analysis, and continuous learning.

Content Support & Development:

  • Support the creation and adaptation of marketing messaging and content assets.
  • Assist with the planning, development and use of content across the customer journey (blogs, landing pages, emails, event materials, etc.).
  • Help maintain and update the content calendar.
  • Support basic competitor and market research to identify content opportunities.

Marketing Planning & Stakeholder Management:

  • Support the coordination of industry and Line of Business marketing activities.
  • Build working relationships with internal stakeholders including sales and marketing colleagues.

Marketing Reporting:

  • Support campaign reporting using agreed KPIs.
  • Assist with tracking marketing activity and spend.
