- Gather and analyse regional market intelligence to shape product strategies for global managed services and local market execution.
- Act as a regional ambassador for product communication and customer engagement in the DACH region.
- Translate regional market needs, competitive signals and customer opportunities into feedback to our product management including enhancement recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success and Product Management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and monitor industry trends.
- Coordinate enablement activities with Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness and consistent messaging.
- Educate regional stakeholders on product vision, differentiators, and roadmap direction.
- Participate in customer discussions and provide expert input.

- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) information technology, economics or a comparable qualification.
- You have knowledge of SAP Managed Cloud Services, Application Management Services and S/4HANA Transformation Services.
- Experience in Sales/Presales background and market expertise characterise your profile.

- Occasional travel, including internationally, is not a challenge for you.
