The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic relationships with Technology Partners across the region while supporting collaboration between regional and country teams. The candidate will be responsible to oversee a selected number of Strategic Partners at European Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a strategic alliance leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliance Management: Support the development and management of strategic relationships with Technology Partners at regional and country level. Build trusted working relationships with Partners stakeholders and internal leadership teams. Act as a key coordination point between the Systems Integration organization and the Technology Partners ecosystem. Support the creation and execution of regional alliance strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and vendor priorities.
- Business Development Facilitation: Act as a facilitator connecting opportunities, people, and initiatives across countries and business units. Support joint go-to-market activities and pipeline development initiatives. Assist country teams in identifying, developing, and progressing alliance-driven opportunities. Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate business opportunities. Encourage collaboration and sharing of successful initiatives and best practices across the region. Support strategic pursuits and regional growth initiatives.
- Regional Coordination & Virtual Team Leadership: Coordinate activities with the virtual community of Country Alliance Managers across the region. Support the alignment of regional priorities, targets, and initiatives. Help drive consistency, engagement, and collaboration across countries. Foster a positive and collaborative alliance community culture. Support tracking and reporting of regional alliance-related business and program objectives.
- Vendor Enablement & Program Compliance: Support vendor enablement initiatives including certifications, training programs, workshops, and executive briefings. Help ensure alignment and compliance with vendor partner programs and requirements. Assist in monitoring competencies, certifications, incentives, and partner status progress. Work with country teams to improve readiness and maximize partner program benefits.
- Governance & Reporting: Support preparation of regional business reviews and alliance governance meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for leadership and vendor stakeholders. Maintain visibility on alliance performance metrics, pipeline activities, and enablement progress. Support tracking of strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in alliances, partner management, sales support, business development, or within the technology industry.
