The Business Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling effective delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.
What you'll be doing:
- Resourcing, Capacity & Capability
- Own and manage all BAU resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre‑sales activity.
- Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractors.
- Support Practice Leads to ensure demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations.
- Track recruitment demand and work with recruitment to resolve issues.
- Manage utilisation and bench.
- Financial Management
- Provide input into monthly forecasting.
- Governance & Business Management
- Analyse complex data and provide business insight.
- Engage with Finance, HR and other key functions.
- Own compliance across systems (e.g. Kimble) and timesheets.
- Process & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement operational processes.
- Operational Support
- Support ad‑hoc operational activities.
