The Business Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling effective delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Resourcing, Capacity & Capability
    • Own and manage all BAU resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre‑sales activity.
    • Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractors.
    • Support Practice Leads to ensure demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations.
    • Track recruitment demand and work with recruitment to resolve issues.
    • Manage utilisation and bench.
  • Financial Management
    • Provide input into monthly forecasting.
  • Governance & Business Management
    • Analyse complex data and provide business insight.
    • Engage with Finance, HR and other key functions.
    • Own compliance across systems (e.g. Kimble) and timesheets.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and implement operational processes.
  • Operational Support
    • Support ad‑hoc operational activities.
    • Support hyper‑care and stabilisation activities.
