We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of NTT DATA Europe. This role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and follow‑up across a wide range of activities. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly organised, and culturally attuned; capable of managing complex schedules, fostering seamless stakeholder interactions, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
What you will be doing:
- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate a dynamic schedule and complex international travel, ensuring optimal time management and adherence to company policies.
- Meeting Support & Follow‑up: Participate in key meetings, help drive follow‑up on actions and decisions, and support the CEO’s tracking of ongoing activities across the business.
- Executive Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Administrative Excellence: Own a range of administrative responsibilities including document preparation, presentation support, expenses processing, and diary management for the CEO and direct reports.
- Office of the CEO: Provide general support to the CEO’s office, including participation in initiatives, project work, events, and ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive leadership across the business and external partners to ensure alignment, timeliness, and delivery on key matters.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with utmost professionalism, always representing the CEO's office with integrity.
What you need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Full fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional maturity when engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence using digital collaboration and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple competing priorities with precision.
- Discretion, resilience, and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to challenges and changing business needs.
