You'lljoinourAIEnablementteamatBauerMediaOutdoor.Thisroleisfocusedondesigning,buildinganddeployingAIenabledsoftwaresolutionsthatareusedacrosstheorganisation.You'llworkcloselywithProductLeadstoshapeanddeliverrealsolutions,includingbuildingcustomAIAssistantswithinourinternalgenerativeAIplatform,BauerAIChat.You'llbeaccountablefortechnicalproblemsolving,systemdesign,AIintegrationanddeliveringproductionqualitycodethatcreatesclearbusinessvalue.YoucanexploreandexperimentwithnewandemergingAItechnology,building,shippingandowningpractical,technicalsolutionstorealbusinessproblemsthatareusedinpractice.

- 4+yearsofprofessionalsoftwareengineeringexperiencewithstrongbackendexpertise.
- StrongproficiencyinPython,withsolidunderstandingofdistributedsystems,APIs,microservices,andsecuresoftwaredesign.
- ProvenexperienceintegratingAI/LLM-basedservicesintoproduction;experienceinMLorcomputervisionisbeneficialbutnotessential.
