As a Team Leader – Travel and Touring (Luxury/Concierge), you will manage a portfolio of complex accounts and guide a team of travel specialists to achieve excellence. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and is ready to take on a leadership position while still maintaining direct client responsibilities.

Your Set List

  • Lead by Example: Oversee a team of travel specialists, setting the standard for client service, efficiency, and problem-solving.
  • Manage High-Profile Accounts: Take full ownership of your own portfolio of artists, ensuring flawless end-to-end travel arrangements.
  • Develop and Mentor: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help your team refine their skills and grow within the business.
  • Ensure Business Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop new strategies for securing and expanding client relationships.
  • Maintain High Margins: Ensure a team average booking margin of at least 15%, balancing client needs with profitability.
  • Oversee Complex Itineraries: Handle high-stakes, fast-moving travel logistics, from budget airlines to private charters, last-minute changes, and VIP requests.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor and refine internal processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-tier client service across the team.
  • Act as a Problem-Solver: Be the go-to expert for crisis management, providing swift, strategic solutions in high-pressure situations.
  • Build Strong Industry Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with artists, management teams, and key travel partners.

Rockstar Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in a travel-related role, with at least 2 years managing high-profile or complex entertainment clients and 1 year of team leadership experience.
  • Luxury or concierge experience.
  • GDS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (including Galileo) is essential, including handling reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary modifications.
  • Leadership & Coaching Skills: A track record of mentoring and developing team members while maintaining your own client portfolio.
  • Exceptional Client Management: Proven success in managing relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering an elite level of service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Business Acumen: A track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities in the entertainment or travel sectors.
  • Relationship Builder: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain rapport with your team, clients, and partners.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: A calm and composed approach to high-pressure environments, thriving under fast-changing conditions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance day-to-day team management with long-term planning and growth initiatives.
