We’re supporting our client in the search for a highly organised and proactive Principal Giving Officer to join a growing fundraising and advancement team. Responsibilities

  • Draft professional correspondence on behalf of senior leadership and the fundraising team
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, donor visits, tours, and events
  • Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and supporter information
  • Support information gathering and preparation for donor meetings and proposals
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and leadership offices
  • Assist with campaign administration, reporting, and database updates
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the team and communicate key actions

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience using CRM systems – ideally Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising CRMs
