We are hiring an experienced Contract Management Practitioner for a long-term, high-profile contract with a leading client. This role is Hybrid based in City of London.
What You'll Do
- You will provide expert Legal & Commercial Services support across the entire contract lifecycle, focusing on risk mitigation and value maximization.
- Risk & Value: Identify risks, propose mitigation, and protect revenue/margins.
- Drafting: Draft complex contractual documents (SOWs, Change Requests).
- Compliance: Ensure contract portfolios and procedures comply with company policy and legal requirements.
- Public Sector: Use your knowledge of Public Sector contracting to support sales and negotiations.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- SC Security Clearance is a Mandate.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Contract Management experience.
- Proven experience with Public Sector contracts.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex client agreements.
