Are you an expert Program/Project Management Lead ready to drive complex business transformation? We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a critical program, ensuring clear business outcomes and cross-functional success for our client who are a global IT services company.
This role requires a unique combination of deep Workday expertise and seasoned Program/Project Management mastery to guide delivery, manage stakeholders, and solve systemic issues across multiple teams.
The Scope:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and decision-maker, managing the entire project lifecycle from scope definition to final delivery.
- Define project scope and oversee the execution of all program deliverables to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Serve as a key advisory figure, applying deep knowledge and influencing skills to secure team alignment and drive key decisions.
- Manage complex stakeholder communication, setting expectations, and proactively resolving issues across diverse teams.
- Foster collaboration across different functional teams to ensure seamless project alignment and delivery success.
- Implement innovative project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic project decisions and continuously assess and mitigate project risks.
- Mentor and guide team members, actively contributing to the development of project management capabilities across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Proficiency in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management).
- Advanced Proficiency in Workday Financial Management.
- Advanced Proficiency in Program/Project Management methodologies and best practices.
Desirable Experience:
- Intermediate Proficiency in Transmission and Distribution Fundamentals (a background in the Utilities/Energy sector is a plus).
