We are recruiting for an experienced Paid Search Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search & UAC) to drive efficient ROI for our performance marketing campaigns in EMEA. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proven hands-on experience in optimising paid search and UAC campaigns, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably. While the primary focus is on Google Ads, experience with Apple Search Ads and DSPs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search & UAC), ASA and DSPs campaigns with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic bidding, keyword, audience, and creative optimisation tactics.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximise returns while minimising cost inefficiencies.
- Implement and test campaign strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure landing page alignment, tracking and Creatives optimization.
- Provide weekly reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & UAC) campaigns, preferably in a high-performance, ROI-driven environment.
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus.
- Expertise in bidding strategies, audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and test strategies.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
