We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer who is ready to step into a leadership role, driving our intelligent and predictive delivery approaches through advanced automation and analytics. If you are a Subject Matter Expert with strong team management skills and advanced UiPath proficiency, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage the team's performance, and contribute to key decision-making across multiple teams.
- Drive Innovation: Develop innovative automation solutions to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Automation & Analytics: Drive the automation of delivery analytics to gather critical insights from data.
- Strategy: Analyse data trends to inform automation strategies and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities.
- Problem-Solve: Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
- Best Practices: Lead workshops and training sessions to promote automation best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential Skills:
- Advanced Proficiency in UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Demonstrable experience in leading or mentoring a team and driving automation initiatives.
