Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Marketing Launch Manager to lead the French market introduction of a new product, playing a pivotal role in translating global strategy into locally impactful go-to-market execution and driving growth in a key European market.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the country go-to-market strategy for a new product launch in France
- Develop and execute scalable marketing programmes to drive awareness, demand, adoption and advocacy
- Localise global launch campaigns to ensure relevance to the French market while maintaining strategic consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field/Growth Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success and Global Integrated Marketing teams
- Act as the in-market launch specialist and product evangelist
- Build and execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
- Incorporate local market feedback and insights into campaign planning and execution
- Collaborate with in-country teams to define local goals, nuances and success metrics
- Manage local influencer marketing initiatives and channel partner marketing programmes
- Coordinate with Legal and Go-To-Market Enablement teams to ensure regulatory and compliance readiness of customer-facing materials
- Measure, analyse, and report campaign and launch performance to senior regional and global stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluent French speaker with strong English proficiency for global collaboration
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong campaign management and country GTM experience (technology/SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience working closely with Field Marketing, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
- 5+ years of hands-on experience project managing integrated marketing campaigns, including stakeholder alignment, budget management and performance tracking
- Experience in HR tech, L&D tech, or enterprise-focused solutions is a plus
- Event and webinar marketing experience preferred
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analysing and reporting on marketing KPIs
