Our client is seeking a Front of House Executive to act as the first point of contact for anyone entering their building and to play a key role in ensuring a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the front desk and reception area
  • Welcoming clients, visitors and contractors
  • Coordinating with building management
  • Supporting employees with front-of-house queries
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams in the office
