Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Management Lead to oversee the successful delivery of key programs and projects that drive strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform project strategies and decision-making.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
- Define project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
- Implement innovative project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their project management skills.
