Our client is hiring an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions for large, complex engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute across the full solution lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and optimization—within a fast-paced, agile environment supporting public sector programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and facilitate end-to-end business process mapping
- Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and backlog refinement in Agile delivery models
- Provide functional leadership for Dynamics 365 CE design and configuration
- Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Guide teams on data integration, migration strategies, and CRM performance considerations
- Manage and mentor business analysts and agile delivery teams
- Support project estimation, planning, and delivery governance activities
- Contribute to and lead RFP/RFI responses for new, enhancement, and support engagements
- Collaborate on DevOps-driven delivery practices and Azure-based implementations
- Serve in Product Owner or senior Business Analyst capacity where required
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Dynamics CRM platform
- Strong background in functional consulting and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Dynamics CRM initiatives
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product-centric delivery
- Experience managing teams and working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of Azure and DevOps practices is highly desirable
- Exposure to bid management and structured response development for RFPs/RFIs
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
- Product Ownership or Functional Consulting certifications are an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
