Rate: Up to £34 p/hr (PAYE)

Our client is hiring a Senior Compliance Content Creator to fill a critical skills gap within their regional marketing team. The role sits between Marketing, Legal, Policy and Product, with a core mission of giving customers clarity, context and reassurance around how AI products work and how regulation is being applied. This is not a social or lightweight content role. It requires senior judgement, resilience, and the ability to move complex internal conversations forward in order to unlock what can responsibly be said externally.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, accurate and audience-appropriate content on compliance, regulatory and AI governance topics
- Translate complex legal and policy concepts into accessible, human-readable content without losing nuance
- Create and maintain field-facing and customer-ready assets including FAQs, briefs, enablement materials and guidance documents
- Partner closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product and Commercial teams to align messaging and manage approvals
- Maintain and update compliance content repositories, ensuring version control and accuracy
- Gather feedback from internal teams to identify gaps, emerging questions and areas for improvement
- Manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a high-volume environment
- Ensure content remains current in response to regulatory, product or policy changes
Experience & Skillset
- 6+ years’ experience in compliance content, regulatory communications, policy writing or related fields
- Proven experience working closely with Legal, Policy or Risk teams
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong editorial judgement
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical information accurately
- Experience creating field-facing, enablement or customer-ready content
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Exposure to areas such as AI governance, privacy, platform policy or regulatory affairs is highly desirable
