Our client is hiring for an experienced BA to join their existing team to help with the workload. This is project based work, assisting our client with their customer's digital transformations.
Experience working directly (or via consulting partners) with Local Governments is extremely desirable, as is work on streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes.

Key Tasks:
- Organise, specify and model business requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous, mapping to the business need being addressed while taking appropriate cognisance of all relevant statutory, regulatory and quality standards.
- Apply modelling, requirements gathering and process mapping techniques to support business change and new business initiatives.
- Analyse processes documented to evaluate and identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement, which may comprise both “quick wins” and longer term prospects for enhancement.
- Present proposals in recognised formats to both technical and managerial stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
- Maintain all required documentation including process maps and specifications to support the business change and development programme.
- Ensure appropriate communication is maintained to understand the business needs and align with business priorities.
- Consider and evaluate the opportunities and potential risks attached to the recommendations made, suggesting appropriate mitigation options.
- Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
