This role has been created to support a significant new customer contract, and the successful candidate will be dedicated exclusively to servicing this account, playing a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently complete scheduled deliveries and collections in line with customer requirements.
- Act as the dedicated driver supporting a key new contract, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains clean, safe and roadworthy.
- Load, secure, and unload goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all relevant road traffic legislation, driver hours regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
