What You’ll Be Doing
As Talent Development Manager, you’ll design, deliver, and embed learning initiatives that strengthen skills, enhance leadership capability, and build future talent pipelines across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy
- Creating a talent development strategy aligned to business goals, supporting high performance and strong retention.
- Analysing workforce data to identify trends, future talent needs, and skill gaps across teams.
- Learning & Development
- Working with leaders to design and deliver technical, soft skills, and leadership development programs.
- Conducting assessments to identify development needs using interviews, surveys, and performance data.
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of training programmes, coordinating internal trainers and external partners.
- Managing external vendor relationships for specialised learning solutions.
- Owning Nteractive’s Academy platform, developing content and modules that support onboarding and ongoing growth.
- Ensuring training programmes meet industry and regulatory standards, including managing certifications.
- Monitoring and evaluating L&D programme effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Talent Management
- Implementing development planning structures tailored to team and individual needs.
- Supporting employees in building personalised career development plans aligned with their aspirations.
- Leading the succession planning process and partnering with leaders to prepare successors for critical roles.
- Culture & Engagement
- Promoting a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.
- Encouraging employees to pursue development opportunities and embrace stretch experiences.

- Managing the training and development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-efficient programme delivery.
What You Will Bring
We’re looking for an experienced talent development professional with strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for developing people.
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, ideally in an agency or similar business.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.
- Experience delivering training, presenting, and facilitating workshops.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.
