We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer (2D) to join our growing creative team and support the delivery of bold, strategically driven design across digital, print and live environments.
What you'll be doing
- Working closely with the wider Creative team, you’ll support the creation and delivery of high-quality design work across a wide range of projects — including live experiences, digital campaigns and new business pitches.
- You’ll be involved across the full creative process, from early concept exploration through to final design execution and production-ready artwork, developing your skills while contributing to impactful creative output.
- You’ll also support pitch and proposal work, helping bring ideas to life and contributing to work that wins and delivers projects for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of creative concepts for digital, print and live brand experiences
- Translating ideas and briefs into strong design executions across digital, UX, motion, print and environmental graphics
- Producing high-quality artwork, templates, presentations and production-ready assets
- Assisting with branding, wayfinding and customer journey materials for live activations
- Conducting design research across trends, technology, user behaviour and innovation to inform creative work
- Supporting pitch and new business projects alongside senior creative team members
- Presenting work and ideas internally and contributing to creative reviews
- Collaborating with production and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets
- Actively responding to feedback and continuously improving creative output
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and ambitious studio culture
What you will bring
- Experience in a Graphic Design role within an agency, events, brand experience or creative environment
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop essential)
- Good understanding of design across digital, print and live environments
- Experience developing ideas from concept through to final artwork (with support where needed)
- Strong typography, layout and composition skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative approach and confidence working with wider teams
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive mindset
- Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for creative work
- Motion, 3D or CAD skills are beneficial but not essential
- Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline is desirable
