We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to join our Event Services team. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and has a passion for precision, collaboration, and exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end project delivery or managing workstreams within complex events
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and vendors
- Building strong relationships with clients and translating objectives into actionable plans
- Managing timelines, trackers, handbooks and team meetings to ensure alignment
- Overseeing all aspects of logistics – from venue management to staffing, transport, and on-site coordination
- Developing and managing budgets up to £5m, including forecasting and reconciliation
- Leading on-site teams and troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure seamless execution
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, modelling Nteractive’s values and approach
What You Will Bring
- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within an events or marketing agency
- Deep logistics knowledge – from venues and furniture to security and staffing
- Proven ability to lead large-scale events and international programmes
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing high-value budgets
- Ability to collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Confident communicator, problem-solver and leader who remains calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing teams of 25+ and mentoring junior colleagues
