Manager, Sponsorship & Exhibition Experiences

Nteractive is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Manager, Sponsorship & Exhibition Experiences to join our team in Staines-Upon-Thames, England. This role involves managing sponsor relationships, executing sponsorship packages, and ensuring seamless event experiences across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Location: Surrey, UK – Hybrid (minimum 2 days a month in the office)

At Nteractive , we create impactful live brand experiences, including experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and more. We are looking for someone confident, organized, and commercially savvy, with experience in sponsorship or client service roles, to lead our sponsorship and exhibition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class sponsor and exhibitor experiences across various event formats
  • Act as the main liaison for sponsors, managing their journey from onboarding to post-event engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of sponsorship elements
  • Develop internal processes for sponsorship execution and engagement
  • Support sponsor readiness with guidance, documentation, and deadlines
  • Track sponsorship finances and identify upsell opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership within project teams and model best practices

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in sponsorship/exhibitor delivery or related client service/project management roles
  • Proven ability to manage sponsorship packages end-to-end
  • Strong relationship-building skills with sponsors and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within budget
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Experience working under pressure at high-profile events
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft tools
  • Business acumen and curiosity
