  • Build strong relationships with venues, caterers and suppliers across the EMEA region.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve outstanding quality and value for money.
  • Ensure all dietary, cultural and regional requirements are considered throughout planning and delivery.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage detailed event budgets, monitoring costs throughout project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise value while maintaining exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage financial forecasting and proactively communicate risks or opportunities to project teams and clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Collect and analyse onsite F&B data to support post-event reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and best practice to evolve Nteractive's food and beverage offering across global events.
  • Ensure all legal, health & safety and food compliance requirements are met across multiple international markets.
  • Coach and support colleagues onsite, providing leadership where required.

What you will bring

  • Significant experience delivering Food & Beverage programmes within large-scale corporate events, hospitality or live event environments.
  • Experience planning and delivering multiple concurrent international events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing onsite catering operations and leading venue and supplier teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing event budgets.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for food, wine, beverages and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using project management tools.
  • Experience delivering events across the EMEA region is highly desirable.
  • Hospitality or Catering qualification and/or WSET qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why you'll love working here

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for globally recognised technology and lifestyle brands.
