What You’ll Be Doing

  • Studio Resourcing & Workflow
    • Manage the Studio resourcing plan, allocating designers based on skills and availability
    • Monitor workloads, identifying risks and resolving conflicts early
    • Maintain visibility across all briefs, deadlines, and live projects
  • Planning & Collaboration
    • Partner with Creative Team Leaders on forecasting, timelines, and priorities
    • Lead weekly resource meetings and studio planning sessions
    • Collaborate with Operations to improve workflows and systems
  • Freelancer & Team Support
    • Manage onboarding and integration of freelancers and new creatives
    • Oversee freelancer contracting and processes (Egnyte, oneXRM, DocuSign, Skills Workflow)
    • Support teams to ensure clarity on processes, expectations, and tools
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain and evolve studio processes, systems, and documentation
    • Drive efficiency, consistency, and adoption of best practices
    • Improve communication channels and ways of working
  • Studio Culture
    • Act as a cultural guardian, promoting collaboration, accountability, and proactive communication
    • Create an environment where creativity can thrive alongside structure

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in a Studio Manager, Resource Manager, or Creative Operations role
  • Events agency experience preferable
  • Strong understanding of creative and production processes (2D, 3D, motion, events, experiential)
  • Experience managing resource planning, workflows, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence leading meetings and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com (or similar), Excel, Teams, Office365
