The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of creative projects, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and production partners. This role ensures projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery by managing workflows, resources, and timelines with precision. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to balancing creative excellence with commercial realities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage creative projects end-to-end, from brief intake and concept development through production, delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
- Partner with creative directors, designers, producers, and strategists to translate client briefs into clear creative plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Creative Studio, internal teams, and client services to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans across multiple concurrent events and campaigns.
- Facilitate creative kick-offs, status meetings, reviews, and approvals to keep work on track and moving forward.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards, client expectations, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with production, experiential, digital, and technical teams to ensure creative concepts are executable at scale.
- Oversee change management, including scope adjustments, timeline shifts, and budget impacts.
- Maintain clear documentation, including briefs, decks, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback, assessing creative performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and creative quality within the studio.
