As a Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating imaginative, strategically aligned concepts and designs for both online and live brand experiences. Working collaboratively with the wider creative team, you’ll lead large-scale creative projects from initial concept through to polished execution across digital, print and spatial applications. This role extends beyond hands-on design execution — you’ll also support and mentor members of the 2D design team, helping maintain exceptional creative standards and consistency across all outputs. You’ll be very confident presenting ideas to clients, articulating the strategic thinking behind creative decisions, and supporting senior leadership on pitches and proposals that inspire and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts that deliver compelling, user-focused experiences across digital, print and live environments.
  • Translate client briefs into thoughtful, visually impactful design solutions from concept through to final delivery.
  • Create high-quality artwork, templates, presentations and brand materials aligned to client guidelines and project requirements.
  • Support the development of branding and wayfinding documentation for live activations and event environments.
  • Research design trends, audience behaviour and innovation to inform fresh creative thinking.
  • Lead and support the 2D design team, helping elevate creative quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Project Managers, Production teams and wider creative stakeholders.
  • Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to both internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute positively to the culture and creative standards of the Creative Studio.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and constructive feedback to support team development.
  • Ensure all work meets high creative and production standards across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Continuously seek feedback and opportunities to strengthen creative craft and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
  • Significant experience in a senior or lead 2D design role, within an events, creative or brand experience agency (working on large event projects).
  • Strong understanding of design principles across digital, print and live environments.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience presenting creative ideas and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, mentor and inspire others.
  • A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach to creative challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional design tools and mediums including Figma, motion design, 3D and Artworking.
  • Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design or related discipline.

Benefits

  • Work with globally recognised technology and lifestyle brands.
  • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious and creatively driven studio environment.
  • Work on exciting live experiences, digital campaigns and immersive brand activations.
  • Collaborate with talented multidisciplinary teams across creative, production and strategy.
  • Opportunity for international travel and onsite creative delivery.
  • Grow your career within a fast-growing global agency.
  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
  • Hybrid working with flexibility.
  • Pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer).
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan.
  • Life Insurance.
  • Enhanced Maternity Pay.
  • Birthday Day Off.
  • Summer Hours.
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely with occasional office attendance as needed.
