We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Support professional to join our operations team. This role is all about enabling the smooth running of our internal systems so our client-facing teams can deliver their best work—every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As our Business Systems Support, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the backbone of our business – our internal systems – running efficiently.
  • You’ll work across platforms like SharePoint, Monday.com, SkillsWorkflow, Timely, oneXRM and others to maintain data accuracy, user access, and support across departments.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing user access, roles, permissions and licenses across multiple systems
  • Monitoring workflows, data feeds, and reporting anomalies
  • Supporting onboarding/offboarding of team members and contractors
  • Maintaining documentation, templates and How To guides as systems evolve
  • Providing support to internal teams and raising vendor tickets where required
  • Ensuring system records are complete and up to date for compliance and performance
  • Collaborating with departments to improve system use and resolve issues quickly

What You Will Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a business systems or operations support role
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Experience working across a range of SaaS tools (e.g. SharePoint, Monday.com, Timely, SkillsWorkflow)
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and spotting data inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across teams
  • High attention to detail and an ability to stay organised while managing multiple systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
