What you'll be doing:

  • Project Management: Supporting the planning and delivery of premium brand activations across EMEA, working closely with client stakeholders on pre-event planning and onsite delivery, supporting smaller-scale events including team summits and hospitality activations, managing elements of budgets, logistics, suppliers, and operational delivery.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinating team meetings, travel, and event logistics, supporting Category Leads with structured planning against annual priorities, managing marketing orders and procurement tracking, monitoring budgets and coordinating third-party suppliers, conducting venue searches and preparing recommendations, overseeing operational processes across the EMEA Marketing Team, working with Nteractive's Account Director to scope and resource additional support.
  • Client & Supplier Management: Building trusted relationships with client teams and suppliers, attending client meetings (remote and in person), negotiating and managing supplier contracts to ensure value and quality delivery.

Why you'll love working here:

  • A unique embedded role with a major global sportswear brand
  • A supportive, collaborative Nteractive culture
  • Hybrid / flexible working model
  • Exposure to international markets and high-profile activations
  • Strong focus on wellbeing, learning, and career development
  • Opportunity to build deep client-side experience while remaining agency-side

Benefits:

  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Summer Hours
  • Pension: 5% employee / 3% employer
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion initiatives including access to an EAP
  • Enhanced Maternity Pay
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives
  • Volunteering Day
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme
  • Life Insurance
  • Birthday Day Off
  • Time Off in Lieu

Other Requirements:

  • Quiet home working environment with reliable broadband (minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload)
  • Willingness to travel internationally throughout the year
