What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day‑to‑day administration and office operations, keeping systems, processes, and records in excellent order
- Acting as a key point of contact for school clients handling queries, supporting onboarding, and ensuring a brilliant customer experience
- Coordinating printer installations, engineer visits, and ongoing service logistics
- Supporting the finance function: raising invoices, tracking payments, chasing outstanding accounts, and assisting with month‑end reporting
- Providing administrative support to the sales team including preparing quotes, proposals, and managing CRM data
- Liaising with suppliers, external accountants, and other third parties professionally and efficiently
- Supporting marketing activity such as email campaigns and maintaining prospect databases
