Transport Shift Manager £35,000 – £40,000 Coventry Are you a hands-on Transport Shift Manager experienced in running a high-volume, multi-temperature food operation? If you’re comfortable leading from the front, making decisions under pressure and owning the outcome of your shift, keep reading. We have a Transport Shift Manager, day-shift position, for someone who enjoys pace, ownership and making things happen on the floor, not just reporting on them. If you know food logistics, understand compliance, and can keep service moving when pressure is on, this role will suit you. The role You’ll have full responsibility for the performance of your shift across chilled, frozen and ambient distribution, ensuring: Deliveries leave on time and in full Drivers are briefed, supported and compliant Resources are planned and adjusted in real time Issues are resolved quickly, not carried forward You’ll be visible, decisive and accountable — leading from the front in a live operation.
