Transport Shift Manager (Nights) Salary: £43,000 – £46,500 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Nights) Location: Coventry Day and night shift rotation will also be considered. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, time-critical operation and can deliver outstanding service to customers around the clock. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the nightly transport operation to ensure all routes run smoothly and on time. Leading, motivating, and developing drivers and operational teams to maintain high performance. Managing compliance with all transport legislation, health & safety requirements, and company standards. Liaising with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve any operational issues swiftly. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and service quality.
