What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and deliver a 3-year facilities strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage capital planning and projects – from budgeting to successful delivery.
- Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime.
- Lead vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and compliance.
- Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety.
- Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response plans for site reliability.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement.
- Enhance and develop the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Foster a world-class culture within the Facilities Team.
What We’re Looking For:
- HNC/HND in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.) with NEBOSH / OSHA certification.
- Proven success in delivering CapEx programmes.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS and contractor control.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational excellence.
