What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to business customers to introduce telematics solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell services to existing clients.
  • Generating new business opportunities and building your own pipeline.
  • Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Delivering online product demonstrations where required.
  • Managing activity and pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
  • Sourcing and prospecting your own sales data where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound sales or desk‑based sales roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with customers.
  • A target‑driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing sales team.
