I’m working exclusively on behalf of a global organisation operating at the forefront of sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. What started as a small UK fuel card business has evolved into a multi-national powerhouse, operating across 19 countries with thousands of employees worldwide — and they’re still growing.
This role sits within a fast-moving, sales-focused team, offering genuine progression, structured training, and realistic earning potential.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be working with existing customers, helping them unlock additional value through a business Mastercard product designed to support smarter, more efficient operations.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Speaking with existing customers to upsell a business Mastercard solution, clearly explaining the benefits to their business
*
Managing the full sales journey — from credit applications and activations to getting customers fully live
*
Building strong, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
*
Understanding customer challenges and recommending solutions that genuinely add value
*
Working towards achievable sales targets, with uncapped earning potential to reward your success
WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
This role is ideal if you’re motivated, confident on the phone, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.
You’ll ideally have:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
*
Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
*
A driven, target-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to customer needs
*
Previous sales experience (desirable, not essential — attitude is key!)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
