We’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing Delivery team at Nter Talent. With a current delivery book of over £700K and expanding, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with live roles, active clients, and immediate earning potential. You’ll be focused on candidate delivery, working closely with clients to provide high-quality talent solutions across a range of roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing candidate processes from initial outreach to placement
- Working on live, high-value roles from day one
- Building strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver on client requirements
- Supporting ongoing growth of a high-performing delivery function

- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or delivery (agency preferred)
