As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the professional management of customer site(s) for the services we provide. Responsibilities include:
- Managing, evaluating, motivating, and monitoring staff performance using leadership principles.
- Working to a strict department budget to deliver outstanding, but efficient performance in your areas of responsibility.
- Helping achieve and exceed revenue targets by cross-selling additional services.
- Achieving and exceeding contract profit targets through meticulous financial control of spending.
- Developing new business that supports the department's strategic growth.
- Leading and motivating field-based teams to ensure efficient operations for customers.
- Demonstrating and implementing robust practices in line with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring quality standards are met through regular audits and inspections using the company’s digital tools.
- Providing feedback to Senior Operations Managers for fluid customer communication.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new starters to excel in their roles.
- Complying with current Health & Safety Regulations and assisting in the implementation of new systems.
- Assisting with the implementation of new contracts as directed by the Senior Operations Manager.
