As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the professional management of customer site(s) for the services we provide. Responsibilities include:
- Managing, evaluating, motivating, and monitoring staff performance using leadership principles.
- Working to a strict department budget to deliver outstanding, but efficient performance in your areas of responsibility.
- Helping achieve and exceed revenue targets by cross-selling additional services.
- Achieving and exceeding contract profit targets through meticulous financial control of spending.
- Developing new business that supports the department's strategic growth.
- Leading and motivating field-based teams to ensure efficient operations for customers.
- Demonstrating and implementing robust practices in line with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
