What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audit & Compliance Leadership – Manage all certification, customer, and third-party audits (FSSC, NSF-GMP, RSPO, Informed Manufacturer, etc.).
  • Quality Systems & Strategy – Ensure quality strategies reduce risk, improve compliance, and create cost-saving opportunities.
  • Customer & Manufacturing Support – Act as the key quality & food safety business partner for internal teams, helping solve production and product quality issues.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive process enhancements and collaborate with manufacturing partners to meet regulatory and customer standards.
  • Risk Management & Incident Handling – Lead HACCP/TACCP/VACCP programs, manage recalls, withdrawals, and crisis management.
  • Training & Leadership – Provide coaching and support to employees, embedding a culture of food safety and compliance.
  • Data & Trend Analysis – Prepare quality reports, analyse non-conformances, corrective actions, stability studies, and recalls.
  • Process & Product Development – Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure product consistency and quality.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Chemical, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Inspection (food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing preferred).
  • Lab Experience – Previous exposure to laboratory environments is a plus.
  • Audit & Compliance Expertise – Strong understanding of GFSI standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyse issues, detect root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Comfortable partnering with multiple departments and leading quality initiatives.
  • Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with ERP and LIMS systems is beneficial.
