An exciting opportunity has opened up for experienced Power Systems Engineers with expertise in real-time grid operations. If you have a passion for optimising electrical networks, ensuring grid stability, and working on cutting-edge energy systems, this could be the perfect role for you!

🔍 What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct real-time power system assessments to enhance grid performance & decision-making.
• Manage & coordinate high-voltage network operations to maintain security & efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of energy trading platforms with grid control systems.
• Collaborate with TSOs, DNOs & key industry partners to optimise system operations.
• Analyse power system stability, transient behaviour & network constraints.
• Develop advanced grid monitoring models & control strategies for real-time decision-making.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• MSc (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in real-time power system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power system modelling tools & methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with TSOs, DNOs & regulatory bodies.
• Expertise in grid stability, dynamic simulations & market operations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard power system analysis software.
