We\’re Nter Talent, proudly supporting a well-known retailer in the search for an Operations Manager to oversee their busy distribution centre in Waltham Cross on a mid shift – 3pm to 12am.The role You\’ll take the reins on one of two shifts: late shift (3pm–12am) or night shift (21:00–06:00). Working across any 5 nights from 7, you\’ll lead your team to deliver smooth, efficient, and high-performing warehouse and distribution processes.
