You’ll play a key role in bringing robotic welding cells to life — working closely with system integrators to design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge solutions that boost productivity, quality, and efficiency. If you love the idea of shaping the future of smart manufacturing , this is the role for you! ⚙️✨ 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing 🤝 Collaborate with system integrators to design, implement, and optimise robotic welding cells . ⚙️ Lead setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated welding systems to enhance performance. 🧩 Ensure seamless integration into existing production lines , resolving technical challenges with ease. 👨 🏭 Provide technical support and training to production teams on robotic operation and maintenance. 📈 Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement . 🔄 Work cross-functionally to align design, engineering, and production goals . 💡 Stay ahead of the curve with the latest welding, robotics, and automation innovations . 🎓 What We’re Looking For Proven experience in automation and/or robotics engineering . Strong hands-on experience with robotic or automation systems . Solid understanding of PLC programming , robotic controls, and industrial automation platforms. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Clear, confident communication and teamwork abilities. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). 🌟 Bonus Skills Experience developing or leading new automation projects .
