What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise Amazon Vendor & Seller Central accounts across UK/EU markets
- Support the creation and optimisation of high-performing product listings including SEO, A+ Content and Brand Stores
- Drive conversion improvements through ongoing A/B testing across titles, imagery and product descriptions
- Support the growth and development of TikTok Shop and wider social commerce activity
- Monitor keyword performance, competitor activity and marketplace trends using tools such as Helium 10
Commercial Performance & Promotions
- Support key trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday and peak seasonal campaigns
- Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing and stock availability to minimise lost revenue opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise marketplace visibility and trading performance
- Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across content, reporting and marketplace workflows
Operations, Reporting & Account Health
- Maintain strong account health metrics and proactively resolve listing or compliance issues
- Support inventory management and marketplace forecasting activity
- Generate marketplace demand insights to support wider supply chain and S&OP planning
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth marketplace execution
- Utilise marketplace systems and integrations to maintain operational efficiency
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience managing Amazon marketplaces within a consumer products, retail or eCommerce environment
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central
- Comfortable working with marketplace analytics, trading data and performance reporting
- Experience using Helium 10 or similar marketplace optimisation tools
- Exposure to Linnworks or similar marketplace integration systems would be highly advantageous
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Someone proactive, curious and genuinely excited by digital commerce and online growth
