As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Live Operations Manager to lead their live operations team and help build a high-performance culture. This isn't a traditional logistics management role. It's a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive operational performance, lead from the front and make real-time decisions that directly impact service delivery and customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day live operations across a busy, fast-moving environment
- Driving KPIs including SLA performance, on-time delivery and operational productivity
- Coaching and developing shift-based operational teams
- Managing live incidents and customer-impacting issues with confidence
- Using operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Working closely with leadership and technology teams to improve systems and processes
