Were looking for an experienced recruiter to join a growing internal Talent Acquisition team based at an impressive head office in Crewe. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment, confidently manages multiple vacancies and knows how to find great candidates rather than simply waiting for applications. Youll take ownership of high-volume, frontline vacancies from the initial hiring-manager briefing through to offer, while delivering a positive and professional experience for every candidate. What youll be doing
Managing the full recruitment process for high-volume, frontline positions
Taking detailed vacancy briefs from hiring managers
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, the ATS and other recruitment methods
Building strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies
Screening applications and conducting initial candidate conversations
Producing high-quality shortlists for hiring managers
Coordinating interviews and managing candidates through to offer
Building strong relationships with managers and directors across the business
Advising stakeholders on talent availability, salaries and the wider market
Supporting recruitment projects and helping to improve internal processes
Ensuring every candidate receives a positive recruitment experience
What were looking for
Previous recruitment experience within an agency or internal Talent Acquisition team
Experience managing multiple or high-volume vacancies
Strong proactive sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Confidence using LinkedIn, job boards and applicant tracking systems
Experience partnering with hiring managers and supporting recruitment decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, driven and resilient approach
Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
A genuine focus on candidate experience
