What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Presenting new products to retailers in a persuasive and engaging way, highlighting their unique benefits.
  • Delivering a consistent and reliable service to customers, ensuring their shelves stay stocked and their businesses supported.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and feedback using digital tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Field Sales or Van Sales, ideally within the FMCG, food or drink sector.

  • Proficiency with IT systems for reporting and record-keeping.
