- Confident bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Thrives in fastâmoving, multiâsite environments.
- Bonus: handsâon Infor M3 experience, Spotfire, SQL, APIs, or other ERP tools.
What You'll Be Doing
- ERP Transformation & Implementation: Lead fullâcycle ERP projects, from mapping processes to postârollout optimisation.
- Partner with business leaders to standardise and improve operational workflows.
- Configure systems, migrate data, and test integrations to ensure smooth adoption.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to give stakeholders realâtime insight.
- Automate processes and workflows wherever possible, maximising efficiency.
- Change Management & Training: Deliver endâuser training and embed new ways of working.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business requirements match system capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal development teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Guide multiâsite teams through transformation with clear communication and accountability.
