  • Confident bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
  • Thrives in fast‐moving, multi‐site environments.
  • Bonus: hands‐on Infor M3 experience, Spotfire, SQL, APIs, or other ERP tools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • ERP Transformation & Implementation: Lead full‐cycle ERP projects, from mapping processes to post‐rollout optimisation.
  • Partner with business leaders to standardise and improve operational workflows.
  • Configure systems, migrate data, and test integrations to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to give stakeholders real‐time insight.
  • Automate processes and workflows wherever possible, maximising efficiency.
  • Change Management & Training: Deliver end‐user training and embed new ways of working.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business requirements match system capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Guide multi‐site teams through transformation with clear communication and accountability.
